Billing, refunds, and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year depending on your selection. We send a receipt and VAT invoice to your registered email for every charge, and you can update billing details from your account. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period and we do not pro-rate partial months. If the service does not meet expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of a first purchase on a plan, provided you have not downloaded more than a reasonable sample of resources. We process refunds to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny repeat refund requests that indicate misuse. For compliance, we store limited billing metadata to satisfy accounting and legal obligations. We do not store full payment card details; those are handled securely by our payment processor. Do you offer a free trial?
We do not run timed trials. Starter provides affordable access to core materials so you can evaluate the approach without a large commitment. You can cancel anytime, and first-time purchases are eligible for a 14-day refund if the service clearly does not fit your needs.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Upgrades to annual take effect immediately with a pro-rated credit for unused time. Downgrades to monthly apply at the end of your current period. Invoices reflect the effective dates of any changes.
Is team access available?
We currently license seats on an individual basis. If you need five or more seats, contact us for annual volume pricing and consolidated invoicing. We do not allow account sharing.
Do you guarantee earnings?
